Organize PDF pages visually

Most page tools make you guess. You type "3, 1, 2" into a box and hope the result is what you wanted. The page organizer removes the guesswork: it renders every page of your PDF as a thumbnail so you can see exactly what you are working with before you export anything.

Drag pages into a new order, spin individual pages upright, and mark the ones you do not want. Nothing is written until you press export, so you can experiment freely. The whole thing runs in your browser, which means even a confidential contract never leaves your computer.

How to Organize Pages

  1. Select the PDF you want to rearrange. Thumbnails appear as each page finishes rendering.
  2. Drag a page by its handle to move it. Use the rotate button on any page that is sideways, and the remove button on pages you want gone.
  3. Press "Export organized PDF" to download the result with your new order and rotations applied.

Frequently asked questions

Does this change my original PDF?

No. Your original file is never modified or uploaded. The tool builds a brand new PDF and downloads it to your computer, leaving the source file untouched.

Can I undo a page I removed?

Yes. Removed pages stay visible in the grid at reduced opacity with a restore button. You can also press "Restore removed" to bring all of them back at once.

How many pages can it handle?

There is no hard page limit, but thumbnails are rendered one at a time, so a very long document takes a moment to display fully. You can start rearranging as soon as the first thumbnails appear.

Does rotating a page reduce quality?

No. Rotation is stored as page metadata inside the PDF rather than re-drawing the page, so text stays sharp and selectable.
