Rotate PDF pages
Scanners have a talent for producing documents that are sideways or upside down. This tool turns every page in the document by the angle you choose and saves the result.
Rotation is recorded in the PDF itself rather than by redrawing the page, so nothing is re-rendered and no quality is lost. If you only need to fix a few individual pages rather than the whole document, the page organizer is the better choice.

How to Rotate PDF
- Select the PDF with the wrongly oriented pages.
- Choose 90, 180, or 270 degrees.
- Press "Rotate PDF" to download the corrected document.
Frequently asked questions
Can I rotate just one page?
Not with this tool — it applies the same rotation to every page. Use the page organizer instead, which gives each page its own rotate button.
Does rotation lose quality?
No. The rotation is stored as an instruction in the PDF, so the page content itself is never re-encoded.
The rotation added to an existing angle. Why?
Rotation is applied relative to each page's current angle, so a page already turned 90 degrees becomes 180 when you rotate it 90 again. This keeps mixed-orientation documents predictable.
Will it work on a scanned PDF?
Yes. Rotation works the same whether pages contain text or scanned images.
